Stay away from the Ratvich, you will be disappointed. Ask any of the many people on this site that had to have Nuss repair to fix the damage due from the ratvich procedure.

I visited him for consultation, very nice Man. However I was not getting the feeling of confidence i would expect from a surgeon who would slice and dice me.

Randy: Did you ever consult with Dr. Tamir Keshen?

He was recently the Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Childrens Hospital in St. Louis. He has since moved to the Santa Barbara, CA area (where I currently reside).
