condition - Pectus Excavatum
level - severe
I would like to make it known, more than anything, just how instrumental this site has been in pushing me into action with this condition. Laying on
my bed a few months ago, I literally just happened to google 'indented chest' and BAM, just like that, gears switched. Coming to the realization of
having pectus excavatum has been a tough one to digest, as I feel somewhat betrayed by my previous physicians. Yet another side of me rejoices, as in
some ways it has been just a blessing, a chance for me to bring about some major overhauling in my life.
All of you are golden, words truly cannot express. In stalking the forums for the past few months I have gathered so much ammunition. It's really
quite wonderful. I'm just not sure that I can thank you all enough!

Glad you stumbled upon the site. I felt the same way as you the day I found this site. I am still just as thankful for it, for without it, I would
have never had my nuss surgery.
